FireRock Country Club will open its renovated clubhouse on September 15, 2026, in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The member-owned club is finishing a top-to-bottom redo with three new dining rooms, rebuilt Men's and Ladies' Lounges, and an expanded patio facing Red Mountain and the 18th green.

Escalante said in June it has broken ground on a new clubhouse at Kingsley Club in Kingsley, Michigan, which has used a retrofitted construction trailer since 2001. Mark P. Finlay Architects is designing a 4,000-square-foot Cotswolds house behind the ninth green for spring 2027.

Ohana Real Estate Investors bought Panther National in Palm Beach Gardens for $191.2 million in July and has now upsized its JPMorgan loan to $165 million. The private club's 58,000-square-foot clubhouse is slated to open this fall.

The Country Club's primrose yellow clubhouse in Brookline started as an 1860 farmhouse. Today it is three stories of Colonial Revival clapboard behind the 18th green, still holding a room from the original structure and a copy of the USGA charter signed in 1894.

The Harbour Town Clubhouse at The Sea Pines Resort was designed in 2014 by Grady Woods, a Lowcountry architect who raked bunkers at Harbour Town as a boy. Home of the RBC Heritage, the three-story Lowcountry clubhouse was demolished and rebuilt between tournaments in a 10-month construction sprint.
